• Payment information: Billing address and payment method details (processed by our payment provider)

• Provide, maintain, and improve our carbon accounting services
• Calculate and report your greenhouse gas emissions
• Generate your Carbon Passport and Carbon Reduction Plan documents
• Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With your consent: When you choose to share your Carbon Passport publicly

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Emissions data is retained for a minimum of 7 years to support audit requirements and historical trend analysis. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
